Directions for Use
Herbal Foot Bath
Boil 1.5-2 litres of water with 1 Herbal Foot Bath sachet and pour into a clean basin/bucket, leaving the sachet in the water. Wait for the water to reach an appropriate temperature (about 38°C) before soaking your feet into the water for 15-30 minutes. If the water cools down, add in another 1.5-2 litres of warm water.
For best results, use our Herbal Medicated Oil to massage your feet after a relaxing soak.
Caution: People with high blood pressure, seniors over 60 years old and pregnant women should limit the Herbal Foot Bath time to 15 minutes. Ensure the basin/bucket is deep enough to allow ankles to fully submerge in the water. Drink a glass of warm water before and after soaking to rehydrate your body. Do not use Herbal Foot Bath if there are injuries/wounds to avoid inflammation.
Pour one (1) sachet of Cold-Pressed Ginger into 150-200ml of warm water. Stir well until granules dissolve and serve warm.
