How often should I drink this soup?
We recommend drinking the soup once a week for mothers with normal milk production, however, you may drink it as often as needed for producing more milk.
Can I drink this along with my other confinement soups?
Yes, you can. Just think of this soup as an add-on to your regular confinement diet to help promote lactation.
I don’t usually take TCM herbs. Will this be too heaty for my body?
No, the soup won’t be too heaty for you. You may still take the soup with your confinement meals.
Can I just drink the soup to replace drinking red dates tea to prevent heatiness?
No, you can’t. While this herbal soup helps replenish fluids, it cannot replace drinking red dates tea completely. Drinking normal water during confinement will cause bloating. You will experience dehydration if you only rely on this herbal soup for your liquid intake.
