Baby’s Bath
Apply to baby’s soft spot and belly button before and after bathing to prevent chills.
Earache
Drip a few drops into ear and stuff with cotton. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day until pain is reduced.
Mosquito Repellent
Apply oil onto skin to repel mosquitoes.
Backache
Rub onto affected area until warm. Repeat 2 to 3 times daily for better results.
Confinement Wind
Apply onto feet and hands, massage until warm. Repeat 3 to 4 times daily.
Leech Repellent
Apply oil onto legs to repel leeches. For leech wounds, apply more oil to relieve pain and speed up healing.
Cuts
Cover with cotton soaked in the oil and apply bandage. Change out cotton 2 to 3 times daily.
Scalding
Apply onto scalded area, cover wound with cotton soaked in the oil and apply bandage. Change out the cotton daily.
Stomach Ache/Wind
Rub oil between palms and apply onto stomach slowly with downward strokes. Repeat until the area warms up.
Rheumatism
Apply onto affected area and massage gently to improve blood circulation. Repeat 2 to 3 times daily for better results.
Flu/Runny Nose
Apply on baby’s soft spot and belly button. Rub onto chest until warm. (The soft spot is the area on top of the head where the bones of the skull have not quite joined.)
Sprains
Apply onto affected area and massage gently. Cover with cotton soaked in the oil and apply bandage for a day. Replace with new soaked cotton once the previous cotton dries up.
Numbness
Before sleeping, apply onto hands and feet and massage until warm. After massaging, cover the affected area with bandage, gloves, or socks to prolong the warmth that helps promote blood circulation.
