Directions For Use
RECOMMENDATION
We recommend sponging your body 6 days a week and taking a full-body bath on the 7th day. Use 1 sachet for sponging and 2 sachets for bathing. *The longer you boil the sachet, the stronger the scent will be.
1. Prepare
Boil water and pour into a foot basin with 1 sachet of Herbal Foot Bath.
2. Cool
Add enough cool water to bring it to a comfortable warm temperature (~38°C).
3. Bathe
Place both feet into the foot bath and soak for 15-30 minutes.
For best results, use TYT Herbal Medicated Oil to massage your feet after a relaxing foot bath.
Caution
- People with high blood pressure, seniors over 60 years old and pregnant women should limit the Herbal Foot Bath time to 15 minutes.
- Ensure the basin/bucket is deep enough to allow ankles to fully submerge in the water.
- Drink a glass of warm water before and after soaking to rehydrate your body.
- Do not use Herbal Foot Bath if there are injuries/wounds to avoid inflammation.
