Herbal Foot Bath

Herbal Foot Bath is suitable for office workers who are always sitting, labour workers who are always on their feet, people who rarely exercise, and the elderly who have a slower metabolism rate.
It can also be used as a herbal bath infusion in steam rooms, Jacuzzis, and spas. Suitable to be used as a hair wash too!
1. Prepare
Boil water and pour into a foot basin with 1 sachet of Herbal Foot Bath.
2. Cool
Add enough cool water to bring it to a comfortable warm temperature (~38°C).
3. Soak
Place both feet into the foot bath and soak for 15-30 minutes.
For best results, use TYT Herbal Medicated Oil to massage your feet after a relaxing foot bath.
Caution
- People with high blood pressure, seniors over 60 years old and pregnant women should limit the Herbal Foot Bath time to 15 minutes.
- Ensure the basin/bucket is deep enough to allow ankles to fully submerge in the water.
- Drink a glass of warm water before and after soaking to rehydrate your body.
- Do not use Herbal Foot Bath if there are injuries/wounds to avoid inflammation.
