STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Directions For Use
Confinement Herbal Bath with Ginger
We recommend sponging your body 6 days a week and taking a full-body bath on the 7th day. Use 1 sachet for sponging and 2 sachets for bathing.
Sponge Bath / Body and Hair Wash
1. Prepare
Boil 3 litres of water with the sachet for 15-30 minutes.
2. Cool
Remove the sachet and wait for the water to cool to ~37 °C
3. Bathe
Use the water for sponge baths.
Baby Herbal Bath
Use 1 pack of Baby Herbal Bath daily when bathing your newborn baby. For babies aged 12 months and above, use 2 packs of Baby Herbal Bath daily.
1. Prepare
Boil 3 litres of water with 2 sachets for 15-30 minutes.
2. Cool
Remove the sachet, adjust the water temperature to 37°C with another 3 litres of water.
3. Bathe
Use the water for washing your body and hair.
