yes, you can.
No, the soup won’t be too heaty for you. The body needs the herbs to replenish the large loss of blood during delivery. You may still take the soup with your confinement meals.
Yes, you can consume a second set after finishing your first set. It helps to clear out any blood clots you might still have in your body, but won’t have any adverse effects on breastfeeding.
However, you’re not advised to consume a third set because it may cause your body to become too heaty and fall sick.
No, you can’t. While this herbal soup helps replenish fluids, it cannot replace drinking red dates tea completely. Drinking normal water during confinement will cause bloating. You will experience dehydration if you only rely on this herbal soup for your liquid intake.
You will still need to undergo confinement after a miscarriage, but only for a shorter period of 14 days or more. In the meantime, you may continue to drink the 28-Day Confinement Healing Soup as usual.
However, for unusual miscarriage cases, we strongly advise you to listen to your doctor’s advice before consuming our 28-Day Confinement Healing Soup. You may chat with us via the Facebook Messenger button on the bottom right of your screen if you have any questions or concerns about the matter.
