There is only 1 physical shop at 429, Lebuh Pantai, George Town, 10300 Pulau Pinang. You may purchase from our online shop at shop. We ship throughout Malaysia. You may also purchase our products from a list of stores that carry our products.

 

How much do you charge for shipping fees?

 

Our shipping fees are a flat rate of RM8.50 for orders within Peninsular Malaysia and RM11.80 for orders in East Malaysia. We also ship to Singapore at the rate of RM50 (~S$17).

 

Enjoy free shipping for orders above RM180 (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM280 (East Malaysia).

 

How long does it take for an eShop order to arrive at my doorstep?

 

Typically it takes about 2-3 working days for your online order to arrive at your doorstep. Please allow a few more days during peak seasons and festivities (eg. during CNY, Raya etc.)

Can pregnant women use Herbal Foot Bath?

 

Absolutely yes! Our Herbal Foot Bath contains ingredients that help improve blood circulation and reduce feet swelling caused by water retention. Just be careful to drink some warm water before and after the foot bath, and limit your sessions to less than 15 minutes each time.

 

What are all the items needed for my confinement period?

 

For your own DIY Confinement at home, here’s a list of things you’ll need:

  • Confinement Herbal Bath (Original/Ginger) – To keep yourself clean and fresh, and help dispel wind. (1 pack per day for 28 days)
  • Baby Herbal Bath – To help your baby recover quickly from jaundice and reduce irritable skin problems. (1 pack per day for 28 days)
  • 28-Day Confinement Healing Soup – To help you quickly recover your strength and replenish your Qi
  • Herbal Medicated Oil (Regular/Roll-On) – To relieve baby’s stomach wind and discomfort when used as a massage oil. Mummies can also use it to dispel wind.
  • Cold-Pressed Ginger with Red Dates – To improve your blood circulation and repel dampness in the body. (1 small drink in the morning per day)

 

If I have just experienced a miscarriage, do I still need to undergo confinement?

 

Yes, you will still need to undergo confinement after a miscarriage, but only for a shorter period of 14 days or more. In the meantime, you may continue to use our Confinement Herbal Bath (Original/Ginger) and drink our 28-Day Confinement Healing Soup as usual.

 

However, for unusual miscarriage cases, we strongly advise you to listen to your doctor’s advice before consuming our 28-Day Confinement Healing Soup. You may chat with us via the Facebook Messenger button on the bottom right of your screen if you have any questions or concerns about the matter.

 

Can I drink a second set of 28-Day Confinement Healing Soup after the first set?

 

Yes, you can consume a second set of 28-Day Confinement Healing Soup after finishing your first set. It helps to clear out any blood clots you might still have in your body, but won’t have any adverse effects on breastfeeding. However, you’re not advised to consume a third set because it may cause your body to become too heaty and fall sick.

 

Is MDU safe to use on newborn babies?

 

Yes! Our Herbal Medicated Oil (MDU) is specially formulated to be gentle and mild on babies’ sensitive skin without any burning or scalding sensation. It’s non-greasy, non-sticky, and has a great refreshing lemongrass scent that helps calm down babies too.

 

Are your products safe for children with G6PD?
