Ordering as a gift?

If you are ordering for someone else and would like us to add a message to your delivery, use the "Order Notes" section on the Checkout page to enter your message. We'll add your message on a pretty card, to be sent together with your order!

Shipping & delivery

Our standard shipping rates are:

  • – West Malaysia RM5
  • – East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) RM30
  • – Singapore RM50

 

Free shipping

We offer free shipping within Malaysia for any order of RM180 and above (RM280 for East Malaysia).

If you have received a Free Shipping voucher, please add the code upon checkout.

Local Pickup

If you’re in Penang, you can also select “Local Pickup” from the shipping options. Once your order has been processed we’ll let you know when you can come and collect your order at our marketing office (429 Lebuh Pantai, 10300 Penang, Malaysia).

International delivery

Outside of Malaysia, we are currently only able to deliver to Singapore.

Return and refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the condition of your purchase, you can contact us about returning the product in order to exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can exchange a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Shipping cost for the returned product shall be borne by the customer.
