Tips on Before & After Foot Bath

  1. Tub is deep enough to cover ankle and lower limb.
  2. Rest soles flat to avoid cramp.
  3. Soak for 15 t0 30 minutes, add warm water if the water gets cold.
  4. Move feet to stimulate therapeutic effects.
  5. Drink a cup of warm water before and after foot bath to regain body fluid and detoxification.
