Tip on Cautions to Watch Out for Foot Bath

  1. No foot bath 1 hour before and after meal to avoid indigestion.
  2. No foot bath if there is open wounds to avoid infections.
  3. Aged person (60 years old & above), high blood pressure, asthma and heart problems patients confine the soaking time to 15 minutes.
